Pentomino Yurt is a packing puzzle invented by dr. Volker Latussek and Oskar van Deventer.
At first glance, it looks like a simple round box filled with pentominoes. But the puzzle is actually based on a square 8×8 grid with the corners cut off and rounded into a circle.
The goal is simple: remove all the pentominoes from the box, then pack them back in again.
Sounds easy… until you realize the pieces cannot just slide in and out. The solution requires rotation, and finding the correct way to move the pentominoes through the opening is the real challenge.
