At first glance, Hole for Pyramid looks completely impossible. You have a tetrahedron and a frame made of two connected layers, each with a triangular opening. The layers can slide and rotate, but they cannot be separated.
The goal sounds simple: pass the tetrahedron through both layers of the frame at the same time.
But how can a solid tetrahedron possibly fit through those openings?
The solution is wonderfully clever and extremely satisfying to discover. It is the kind of puzzle that seems impossible right up until the moment you understand the trick — and then you immediately want to show it to someone else.
